Our Menu
I prepare all of the meals offered from scratch using fresh and locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. As a mom, I know that getting nutritious meals on the table quickly is a must, especially during the early days of postpartum when you’re exhausted, caring for a newborn, and trying to heal your body. With this situation in mind, I’ve put together a variety of meals that pack as much comfort and nutrition into a single dish as possible.
I know that in postpartum you don’t have time for fussy multi-step preparation and you need meals that nourish your body with fat, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals. This balance is essential to postpartum healing and replenishing the stores your body depletes during pregnancy, birth, and milk production. These meals can easily be kept in the fridge for several days or frozen to be used later on when you’re in a mealtime pinch.
