Our Menu

Getting nutritious meals during the early days of postpartum is essential for healing, milk production, and replenishing store of essential vitamins & minerals. But in postpartum you don’t have time for fussy multi-step preparation— you need meals that nourish your healing body without depleting your time and energy on preparation. I prepare and provide meals that pack comfort and nutrition into one dish, so that you can spend your time and energy elsewhere. These meals can easily be kept in the fridge for several days or frozen to be used later on when you’re in a mealtime pinch.

Please communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions to me, so I can advise you on which options will meet your needs and make any necessary modifications.
